1.5 Ton Two Loops FIBC Bulk Bag for Petroleum Coke Granules | Top Duffle Skirt & Bottom Discharge Spout, Cross Corner Base

Our heavy-duty 1.5 ton capacity two-loop FIBC bulk bag is engineered for storage and transit of petroleum coke granules in mineral, carbon material and refinery supply chains. This industrial jumbo bag adopts a full open duffle skirt top for high-speed bulk filling, paired with a compact bottom discharge spout for controlled dust-free unloading. Reinforced cross corner X-shaped base construction evenly distributes granular load weight to prevent bag deformation, bottom tearing and material leakage during stacking, lifting and long-distance ocean freight. Equipped with dual lifting loops for convenient forklift and crane handling, this petroleum coke bulk sack is crafted from high tensile virgin PP woven fabric, customizable with anti-static treatment, inner liner and leak-proof stitching strips to meet hazardous carbon particle transport standards. We operate dual manufacturing plants in China and South Asia, supplying custom-sized FIBCs plus standalone PP base fabric rolls for global refineries, carbon processing factories and mineral bulk packaging distributors.

Detailed Description

Designed to address the transportation challenges of sharp, abrasive petroleum coke granules, our 1500kg rated two lifting loop bulk bag delivers robust structural performance for carbon raw material logistics, refinery bulk storage and mineral cargo export. Distinct from regular general-purpose jumbo sacks, this petroleum coke FIBC integrates three core functional structures tailored to granular carbon media: wide top duffle skirt filling opening, narrow bottom discharge spout and full cross X corner reinforced bottom.

The oversized duffle fill skirt eliminates filling bottlenecks for high-volume petroleum coke feeding. Operators can directly connect large industrial hoppers to wrap the skirt around filling outlets, drastically cutting loading time while containing flying coke dust during bulk feeding procedures. The integrated small bottom discharge spout enables regulated, slow-speed particle release without fully hoisting or tilting the entire bag, ideal for automated production line feeding, secondary packaging and quantitative material allocation at carbon processing plants.

Its signature cross X-shaped cross corner base is the key upgrade for abrasive petroleum coke. Conventional flat bottom FIBCs suffer concentrated stress points under heavy granular loads, leading to fabric wear, seam split and coke particle spillage during stacking and cross-continental shipping. The X cross bottom distributes 1.5-ton weight evenly across four bottom corners, boosting tensile resistance against sharp coke grain friction and extending the service life of each industrial sack. Dual integrated lifting loops are sewn with multi-layer reinforced stitching to sustain full 1500kg load under repeated crane and forklift lifting cycles.

Manufactured from high-density virgin polypropylene woven base fabric, this carbon material bulk bag avoids brittle recycled raw materials that risk breakage under heavy abrasive granules. Customizable functional upgrades include conductive anti-static fabric for combustible carbon dust environments, polyethylene inner liners to block moisture absorption, leak-proof cotton strips sewn along all stitching seams, and UV stabilizer treatment for outdoor stockpile storage. Beyond finished custom FIBC solutions, our vertical circular loom workshop supplies separate PP woven base fabric rolls to independent packaging manufacturers worldwide.

With integrated production facilities based in China and South Asia, we fulfill small trial orders and mass bulk procurement for global refineries, graphite factories, carbon powder processors, mineral bulk cargo forwarders and industrial packaging wholesalers. All structural dimensions, fabric weight, loop quantity, spout diameter and safety load rating can be modified to match client-specific filling machinery, container loading standards and international ocean transit regulations.
