This laminated internal baffle FIBC is a customized heavy-duty bulk packaging solution ly developed for storing, stacking and long-distance shipping HDPE plastic pellets, HDPE granules, polyethylene resin and other polymer raw materials. The standard finished dimension of this form-stable bulk bag measures 103cm width × 103cm depth × 160cm height, designed to maximize container space utilization for plastic raw material logistics while maintaining stable vertical shape after full loading.
Distinct from ordinary general-purpose FIBCs, all load-bearing structural accessories adopt premium high-tenacity polyester textile materials to upgrade overall tensile performance. The bag is configured with four integrated main lifting belts paired with four independent corner lifting rings, evenly distributing the weight of dense HDPE particles during forklift hoisting, crane lifting and multi-layer warehouse stacking, effectively avoiding local tearing, strap deformation or bag tilting. The bottom closing drawstring that seals the discharge outlet is also woven from thickened polyester yarn, delivering outstanding abrasion resistance and tensile durability against repeated pulling during blanking operations.
For secure bottom sealing during transit, we equip each HDPE bulk bag with custom-machined Type B lock buckles. The specialized lock structure firmly fastens the polyester drawstring without slipping loose under heavy material pressure, stopping fine plastic pellets from leaking through the bottom gap during land and sea transportation. The core shaping craft of this product is four-side panel stitching combined with built-in internal baffle webbing; the internal tension belts restrain the bag body from bulging outward when filled with granular HDPE, keeping the square profile neat and upright, greatly improving stacking stability and warehouse space efficiency.
An integrated outer lamination film is coated onto the woven polypropylene substrate, forming an intact moisture-proof barrier layer. The lamination effectively blocks humid air, rainwater and surface condensation from penetrating the bag interior, preventing HDPE pellets from absorbing moisture and caking, which is critical for maintaining raw material purity and processing performance at plastic molding factories.
